Q: Will you fix my computer at my premises?
A: Yes, in fact most of our services are provided on site, although in some instances a computer may need to be repaired in our workshop.
Q: Do you sell computers and accessories?
A: Yes we do. While we are not a retail store, many of our customers purchase their computers and components from us because we have a better understanding of their needs due to our involvement with their overall systems. Our advice to you is independent, free of the influence of sales commissions or bonuses used to sell preferred lines in some large retail outlets. This ensures you will receive the best advice from us every time.
Q: How quickly can you come out to fix my computer?
A: If given reasonable notice, we can usually come out the same day as the call or at the very least the next day.
Q: Will the technician arrive when they say they will?
A: When you deal with FAJ IT Services there is no such thing as waiting around wondering when the technician will arrive. We are committed to honouring our appointment times. Of course there are always some unavoidable instances where a technician is held up at a previous job, or called to an emergency. In this situation you will be contacted and advised of the delay and given an expected arrival time, or offered alternate arrangements.
Q: Do you have a discount plan?
A: Yes. A block of 10 hours support can be purchased at a discounted rate. Each month, our support plan clients receive a report detailing support provided for that month and the remaining balance of the plan. Please contact us for further details.
Q: Can you recover lost files?
A: Some files can be recovered after deletion depending on a variety of factors such as how they were deleted and how long they have been “missing”. Recovery of data from corrupt hard disks may also be possible, but this can only be determined after a thorough examination.
Q: Do you charge a call out fee?
A: Clients that are within 10kms of Fremantle will not be charged a call out fee, or pay for travelling time. For customers located outside of this radius, a fee may be charged based upon the distance from Fremantle.
